                          Welcome to the Crisis Resolution Institute Survey Center!

You will be asked to complete four surveys here. The first survey contains sixty items that should be answered according to what you believe are essential characteristics for a person's successful performance in your current public safety-related position (or the public safety position you left or retired from most recently).

Next, you will be asked to complete the second and third surveys as they apply to you and to your life experiences. This will help identify important characteristics that help you succeed in your career/work/projects. The fourth survey measures stress-coping skills (resiliency) when facing life challenges and/or trauma. Think of a difficult challenge or trauma in your life when answering the questions on this last survey.
